I. Proposal

Proposals will be distributed to members of the conference committee or external reviewers for review. Proposals submitted after April 15, 2010 may not be reviewed or accepted for the conference.

For proposals submitted on or before March 15, 2010, confirmation of acceptance will be announced by April 15, 2010. Otherwise, acceptance will be announced by May 15, 2010.

II. Registration

• Final date for early bird registration: April 30, 2010.(postponed to May 10, 2010)

III. Cancellation

• Final date for cancellation with full refund: May 31, 2010
• Final date for notification of cancellation: June 15, 2010

Cancellations made between June 1, 2010 and June 15, 2010 are subject to a handling charge of US $ 30. Cancellations made after June 15, 2010 will not be refunded.
