(1) Based on Community
•Share resources.
•Public services such as medical service can offer home-visit.
•Universities and schools open their campus as well as libraries, facilities to residents.
•Kindergartens are always welcomed by children, parents and senior people’s organization and so on.
•Even before the mother’s pregnancy, the family can get guidance.
•The parents maybe sponsors, cooperators, club members, or just coming with children to play on Saturdays or Sundays.
•Organizing forums, seminars, and workshops.
•Experts work as consultants.
•Training parents and teachers.
•Using newsletters to share ideas, policy changes and experiences.
•Using inter-net, web site to share and get information
•The integrated services also document children’s development, learning experience, self-reflections, and other’s comments by photo, tape, video, anecdotal notes, portfolios etc. They will assess the development situation of the child, guide parents. If there is a problem, then early intervention can be done.
•The kindergarten teachers also can bring their students to the integrated services with no fee, to play with the plentiful toys and facilities that they don’t have. Children also bring their own toys to share.
